We stayed in this hotel in the heart of the city, right in the center and only a block from the main square. the room was cozy and had a decent view of the city. the bathroom was clean and had all the necessary amenities. the hotel offered excellent service from the bellboy to the front desk personnel. Breakfast, though a bit repetitive, was tasty, generous and included Mexican cuisine. the restaurant in the middle of the hotel was a real treat and a joy to converse with the staff.

During my Thanksgiving stay, I appreciated the two free bottles of water offered in the room every day, which was a thoughtful gesture. The hotel's location was great, situated in the heart of a lively area with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. A key advantage was the easy access to a stunning viewpoint where we could see the breathtaking city's skyline.

I was disappointed by the very slow and sometimes nonexistent wifi, which made it challenging to browse the internet and communicate with family and friends. Another drawback was the lack of sound insulation, which meant that we could hear noisy neighbors talking at night.
